For many of our customers, the AXESS customer portal is an important tool they use every single day. The portal includes a webshop that makes it easy for vehicle resellers to order accessories, including installation. AXESS then fits the vehicle so that the reseller gets a vehicle that is complete and ready to be delivered straight to their customer.

The webshop offers a wide range of accessories from well-known suppliers at competitive prices. The webshop is easy to use and orders can be placed as soon as you have a VIN or vehicle order no., even if the vehicle hasn’t reached our facility yet. Enter your VIN or vehicle order no. to match a vehicle to an order and view a range of products and services tailored specifically to that vehicle to make for a smooth order process.

Then track your order and your vehicle as it passes through our workshop using Track & Trace and see when we expect the vehicle to be ready for transport. This and plenty of other great functions make the customer portal an excellent complement to the daily grind of being a vehicle reseller.
